ordering a subscription

When will my subscription start? If you subscribe now, your subscription will start with the next issue. It will not include the current issue, although can you order that additonally. Your confirmation email will tell you when your subscription starts and ends.

Can I buy a subscription as a gift? Yes. Simply fill in our subscribe form with the delivery address (under 'where would you like the magazine to be sent?'). Your billing address only needs to be entered when you get to the payment page.

How can I pay for my order? Credit Card, Debit Cards, PayPal, or Direct Debit payments.

Can I order back issues? You can add back issues when subscribing, or buy them separately here.

How long until my back issues arrive? We aim to ship all items within two business days of order placement. Please allow 3-5 business days for UK delivery and 6-10 for international orders.

What do I do if my issue hasn't arrived, or is damaged? Please email us at [email protected] with your address and we will pop a replacement in the post.

How will you acknowledge my subscription? You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been processed.

Was my order placed even if I wasn't sent a confirmation email? If you completed all the steps of the checkout process and submitted an order but didn't receive an email confirmation, your order was probably placed. Don't place your order again because it may result in a duplicate shipment. Check your spam folder for the confirmation email. If you aren't able to locate your order this way or would like us to complete an order search for you, feel free to email us at [email protected].

Can I get a VAT invoice? Magazine and newspaper subscriptions are zero-rated for VAT. If you would like a receipt of purchase, you can print out your confirmation email containing all the relevant information.

How do I know when my subscription runs out? Your order confirmation email will tell you which issue your subscription ends with. We'll also drop you a line when you receive your last issue. Feel free to email us on [email protected] if you're not sure.

How can I renew my subscription? To renew your subscription, you need to resubscribe. If you don't want to have to resubscribe in future, place your order by direct debit.

How can I cancel my subscription? Your subscription will stop automatically without you needing to cancel it. If you would like a refund on your remaining issues, email [email protected] with your address and the email account with which you placed the order. We will refund your subscription minus the cover price for every issue sent (plus postage for international subscriptions).

How do I cancel my subscription? Contact your bank or our payment provider, Go Cardless. You will need your Go Cardless login details (email account and password). We cannot refund direct debit payments that have already been made.

What happens if my payment bounces? We'll email you to let you know, and you'll need to resubscribe in order to keep getting copies.
